Smoked Jalapeno & Cheddar Brats ~ Jalapeno Lovers will enjoy this spicy almost hot beef & pork brat. Hand cubed Michigan cheddar cheese, seasoned with crushed red peppers, black butchers pepper, and hand diced fresh jalapeno peppers. Smoked for over 5 hours and fully cooked in our sausage kettle. Just slice & eat or warm up slightly on the grill or in water.
Remember: Nowicki's Smoked Jalapeno & Cheddar Brat is fully cooked. It is great served as a cold cut on a party tray or warm & serve. Very lean, do not overcook. Do not boil.
