Michigan Cherry Brats ~ Traverse City Michigan dried cheeries are added to our trademarked Potato Sausage recipe, mildly seasoned with ginger & mustard. Many cherries are all through this brat. Great as a breakfast sausage or on your outdoor grill, with butter or olive oil in your frying pan. These fully cooked brats do not contain any msg, cures or preservatives.

Remember: Nowicki's Brats are fully cooked, just brown & serve.

OMG they are delicious! I am a Michigan native but had to move away due to a job change. These brats were like a taste of home that I have missed so much! Awesome, you have to try them!
