Smoked then fully cooked in water, We pack these 1/2 gallon glass jars with spices, fresh jalapeno peppers and fill with vinegar. Great jalapeno flavor, spicy but not hot. By far our best selling pickled sausage.

The sausage was a little disappointing. It was not picked much at all and didn't have the flavor I expected. It tasted like it was fresh made and didn't have time to pickle. The service and speed of shipping is 5 star

Fantastic snack!
This pickled sausage is by far the best we've ever had. We had a group of friends over and they all enjoyed it! We just got it and there is only a third of the jar left. I highly recommend this. Not too spicy - just a little kick.
