Ham & Yam

Thanksgiving in a Brat!  We start with fresh pork, then add whole sweet potatoes, had cubed ham and dried real ocean spray cranberries. This sausage is seasoned with savory spices like sage and rosemary. Great sliced up with stuffing, all its missing is the gravy!
